Service Description

Professional domestic appliance fault diagnosis and repair with a convenient 2-hour arrival window. Your selected time is an arrival window, meaning our engineer may arrive at any point during those 2 hours. Our £75 labour/call-out charge includes the engineer’s visit, fault diagnosis and, where possible, the repair during the initial visit. If your appliance requires a replacement part, we’ll provide a quote before any additional work is carried out. Once approved, we’ll order the part and arrange a return visit to fit it, with no additional labour/call-out charge for the return visit. Please have your appliance make, model and any error code available when booking.
